Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact Velora Gifts with their Order ID through our support channels.
  • Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Important:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation after production has started.

Return & Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock, customers may choose:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative product of equal value.

Non-Eligible Returns

The replacement policy does not apply in cases where:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • The issue is reported after the allowed return period
  • Minor color or design variations occur due to screen display differences

Return Shipping

Currently, Velora Gifts does not provide reverse pickup service.

Customers are requested to return the product using a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by Velora Gifts.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you still have not received the amount, please contact us.
